Preimplantation genetic screening, or PGS, is the testing of embryos for general chromosome abnormalities such as Down syndrome prior to transfer to the uterus. Lauri provides the required consultation for each of these services prior to the start of a patient’s cycle to foster full informed consent of these complex procedures and the possible outcomes.
